Thanks for purchasing one of our products! As this is a made to order item, please allow 5 business days for us to create your Santa sack.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

Flat rate shipping of $10.00 or FREE for orders over $150. We send our domestic orders via Australia Post.

Your order will be shipped with Australia Post using standard shipping (unless Express post is selected at checkout). Delivery times may vary depending on destination with most metropolitan areas taking 4-7 business days. This will take longer for remote areas. Please check Australia Post website for more detailed shipping time frames.

INTERNATIONAL:

Please note due to shipping delays we are not offering international shipping for our Santa Sacks this year.

Returns

Please note that as this is a made to order custom product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please double-check the spelling of the name you are providing us with at checkout.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact us directly at hello@adamandcodesigns.com.au with your details and information regarding the faulty product and we will contact you as soon as possible.

No refund can be given if you provide us with a name that is incorrectly spelt.
